Let’s start from the beginning….
Tony and Dennis Portillo started out in 1987 in Long Island in the pizza business.
They learned the “Old School” way of customer service, tossing their own dough,
and of course, using a deck oven (no commercialized big chain conveyors here!).
When you walk into Tony’s, you are immediately greeted and treated like family
(except you don’t have to do the dishes here).
